Yes, as long as your order has not shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at admin@openthebeauty.com with your order number and the change you need. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Sign in to your account to see your order history and status. You can also reply to your order confirmation email or contact us with your order number.

All orders ship from Seoul, South Korea. We ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and most of Asia. Enter your address at checkout to see the options available for your country.

Shipping cost depends on your destination, the total weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. The exact cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Depending on your country, you can choose from carriers such as Korea Post EMS, Korea Post K-Packet, UPS and Aramex. Express services such as EMS and UPS are generally faster, while economy services such as K-Packet cost less. Delivery time varies by carrier and destination.

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation. For tracked services, the email includes your tracking number and a tracking link.

Your country's customs office may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your country, not by OpenTheBeauty, so please check your local customs rules if you are unsure.

You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your package. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent.

• The product you want to return
• The reason for the return

We will reply with the return address and next steps. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

We're sorry about that. Email us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and send a replacement or issue a refund.

After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the amount to your original payment method. We will email you once the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days to appear on your statement.

The payment methods available to you, such as major credit cards, are shown at checkout. Your payment details are processed securely and are never stored by OpenTheBeauty.

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card uses another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate.

Check that your card details and billing address are correct, then try again or use a different payment method. If it still fails, contact us and we will help you complete your order.
