how to use

1. Shake the bottle so the two layers of liquid are completely mixed together.

2. Soak remover onto a cotton pad.

3. Place soaked cotton pad over eyes and lips and wait a few seconds for remover to start dissolving makeup.

4. Gently sweep the remaining makeup off of eyes and lips.
